The parties have agreed to not disclose the purchase price. The transaction was advised by KPMG Germany under the leadership of Dr Boris Schilmar and Maximiliane Prüm (both KPMG LEGAL) and by IDEACT Paris under the leadership of Maud Partouche. The Sparkassen HagenHerdecke and Lüdenscheid are partner banks of the acquisition.
The brand “Mercure” shall be retained for the three existing buildings with overall 458 rooms and extensive conference rooms. Colliers International Hotel GmbH Berlin has accompanied the transaction on seller´s side.
